Sample Distribution

UK and international researchers are welcome to apply for access to samples and/or pseudo-anonymised data held within the Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund Tissue Bank (PCRFTB).

The PCRFTB stores a wide range of biospecimens, including:

  • Plasma
  • Serum
  • Buffy coats
  • Urine
  • Formalin-Fixed Paraffin-Embedded (FFPE) tissue
  • Fresh frozen tissue
  • Organoids
  • Cancer Associated Fibroblasts (CAFs)

Samples have been collected from a diverse cohort of donors, including individuals with pancreatic and hepatobiliary cancers and diseases, together with healthy control participants.
